Our service

Pilot Training Flash Cards provides online aviation study tools, including practice questions, flash cards, progress information, and related learning features. Features may change as we improve the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Eligible plans begin with a seven-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe, our payment processor, to charge the payment method associated with your subscription. You can cancel anytime through the Subscriptions page or by contacting us. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Educational use only

The service is a study aid and does not replace an instructor, official FAA publications, regulations, an aircraft flight manual, or sound aeronautical judgment. Content may contain errors or become outdated. Do not use the service as the sole basis for flight, operational, maintenance, or safety decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, scrape, copy, or systematically redistribute the service or its content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another user's account.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Content and feedback

We retain ownership of the service, software, branding, and original content. You retain ownership of information you submit. By sending suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without compensation or obligation to you.

Availability and termination

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, security reasons, or violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and any refund required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pilot Training Flash Cards is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice where required.
